[IBL] EDG co-owner

I wanted to introduce Paul Riegel-Green as co-owner of the Edgemoor Cannons. Or, in this case, re-introduce, as Paul is a former member of the IBL. 

Paul will be assisting with playing games. I will be uploading the EDG week one MIS today. Paul can also be contacted regarding trades. We are a two man show. Paul can also be contacted thru EDG at ibl.com.
