[IBL] new xcards uploaded

Everyone please look over the cards, especially for your own players, and let us know of any possible errors.
Sometime next week I will determine if the cards can be declared final, and if so I will announce the date for opening day.

The xcards PDF with the updated pitcher batting cards and emergency pitcher is now available for download. The pitchers PDF was also updated with the new "Bats" ratings (you know you have the right one if you see pitchers with #0).

I have received a couple of suggestions for chart corrections, if you have any please send them to me ASAP.
