[IBL] SDQ trade flier

Hello,

Available:
SDQ has spare, 4th OF types (CLE Almonte, LAN VanSlyke, ATL PerezE.), OAK
Butler (DH/1b with an ok card (v LH 76/156/131 Av  v RH 108/150/161 Av).

Needs:
SDQ needs are Relief Pitching, 3B, RF, picks (4th round or better).

SDQ Roster Review:
SP:  Plenty of innings and the backend of the SDQ rotation has some very
good, young SPs.
RP:  Currently will need to use some SP innings as the SDQ pen is weak.
C:  Good defense, no bats
1B:  Average and getting old.
2B:  Solid
SS:  Ok offense, good defense.
3B:  I've got barely enough PA via 2 part-timers.
LF:  Strongest SDQ position
CF:  2nd Strongest position
RF:  That's where we put the kid picked last in the pick-up game.
Bench:  SDQ bench is probably stronger than the starters.
