a few additions:
1) park cards are done
2) first rev of charts (2016a) are done
3) I figured out a better way to squeeze in a few more WP/PB rolls by using the catcher E chart, pitcher/catcher WP/PB ratings have changed for some players (mostly pitchers)

still waiting on final cross-checking of "injury days"
