[IBL] Pagan

With two of NJR's top draft picks from 2016 shifting to the outfield this
season, NJR has been left with a huge logjam, especially at left field.

Right now, we're looking to see if any teams want to take a flier on SF
Pagan. Pagan is a CF in IBL2016 and will be a LF next year. He's got wheels
and can hit fairly well against LHP. He will need to play every day to
reach usage.

In MLB2016, Pagan is back from his hamstring injury and has about a .345
OBP against LHP and RHP.

We're looking for a lower pick or a setup reliever with a decent card for
when CLE Webb runs out of BF (future value unimportant).
