[IBL] All-Star Voting

All,

50% of the votes are in (a couple teams abstained from voting for the
opposing conference).  Since only 50% of the vote is in, I'm thinking that
maybe some people need a little more time because of their busy work week
schedules.  Since I'm not even sure the game is getting played (IBLCS
participants can you verify you are managing?), I'll extend the deadline to
2 pm central time on Saturday, July 30th.  That's later than I'd hoped to
have it done, but I hope it increases participation.

That said, are there any problems with the process for the teams that
haven't voted yet?  I tried to make it fairly simple for nominations and
voting, but if there's a difficulty that I'm not seeing, let me know so
that if I volunteer to do this again I can fix issues.

I really feel like the All-Star game should be an every year tradition for
IBL, I think it's a lot of fun, so please take the time to get your votes
in by Saturday.
