[IBL] NC All-Star Ballot

For the NC ballot, OAK Valencia was inadvertently left off the ballot as a
3B/LF/DH (used mostly as a DH I believe).  Please consider him when
submitting your votes:

40 runs, 81 hits, 14 doubles, 1 triple, 21 HR, 55 RBI, 19 BB, 48 SO, 0
steals/caught, .310 / .357 / .613 /. 970  AVG/OBP/SLUG/OPS

He'd definitely worthy of being on the ballot and garnering votes - if any
of the few owners that have submitted votes would like to change theirs,
please let me know by the deadline.
