[IBL] KAT trade flyer

Gone are Colabello, Giavotella, Milone & Villanueva, but KAT is still
looking to deal.  We've had early discussions on a few of these players,
but here's who's on the block.  We're looking for next year and beyond,
picks, pick upgrades, SP, RHR, 3B & CF.  Player values are what I think is
fair, but they are not set in stone (could go up or down based on interest)

Wood CHN - Decent pitcher who can start or relieve (88/130/120, 87/133/153,
10 remaining starts).  He's having a great year in the pen for the Cubs
this year (0.99 WHIP, .623 OPS against).  We can easily keep him for use
next year, but we've got Montgomery SEA & Logan COL who are both having
comparable years in the pen.  Thinking late 2nd - early 3rd round value.

Burnett PIT - Back end starter (100/167/111, 138/161/171) with no future
value.  Make an offer

Anderson LAN - Serviceable starter (129/155/152, 132/155/185) who was a
former first round pick.  Hurt again, but is starting rehab and should be
back in a month.  Thinking 4th - 5th round value.

WilsonA. DET - Very nice bullpen card (98/99/126, 106/106/125).  Was hot to
start the season, struggled, an now seems to be back on track.  Late 2nd -
early 3rd value.

McCann DET - Great defensive catcher who can hit lefties.  He was hurt to
start 2016 and struggled upon his return, but he seems to be slowly
crawling back to respectable.  Has thrown out a ridiculous 57.7% of
potential base stealers.  We can easily keep him and us him in combination
with Rupp PHI next season, but could deal McCann in the right deal.  3rd
round value

Romine DET - Solid utility guy who can start full time at 3b & ss.  Close
to the same in MLB this year, although he's been getting CF, 1b & 3b.
Thinking 4th - 5th round value.
