[IBL] 2016 IBL All-Star Game

Hi all,

I've volunteered to put together a ballot for the 2016 IBL All-Star Game.
I'll need everyone's input to help though, to save me hours of compiling
stats when some players obviously shouldn't be included on a ballot.
So here's how it'll work:

*Nominations*

Each owner should nominate up to 6 position players (or I suppose more, if
your team is *so fantastic* that you have that many deserving players), 3
starting pitchers, and 3 relief pitchers from their roster.  Use whatever
criteria you see fit, but players that have small sample sizes or have
spent 2/3 of the year injured probably shouldn't be included.  Reply to
this email with your nominations (please include position played, MLB team,
and full player name).  In the subject line, use "IBL TEAM NAME All-Star
Nominations" (subbing your team name of course).  Nominations are due on
Sunday, July 17th at midnight central time.

*The Ballot*

Once nominations are in, I'll prepare a ballot for each conference by
position, drawing stats from the almanac.  I'll then send this ballot out
to the appropriate conferences for voting.

*Voting*

Each owner should vote for up to 3 players at each hitter position (5
outfielders), 3 starting pitchers, and 3 relief pitchers.  Reply to the
ballot email with your All-Star selections at each position using this
format:
List the players for each position in the order of your vote (top vote
first, secondary vote second, etc.)  Example:  SP - PHI LAN Kershaw, TRI
NYN Harvey, MAD LAN Grienke.

In the subject line, use "IBL TEAM NAME All-Star Selections".  I'll then
compile the votes and announce the starting all-stars for each conference.
The managers of the All-Star Game can select their backups/bench players to
fill out the rosters.  Votes are due on July 25th at the same time as
results would normally be due.  I'll try to have the results out by the
27th.

I hope everyone participates in the process, I've had the chance to manage
the game once and to step in for an owner that couldn't once, and it was a
lot of fun both times.
