[IBL] MAD Roster Tweaks

MAD is looking to fix some depth issues on their roster.

We're looking for a RH-hitting 2B that can give me about 200PA the rest of the way
that is an upgrade on BOS Rutledge's card. Needs to be able to play 2B full-time.
We're also looking for a good LH reliever who is an upgrade on MIN Thompson.
Preferably a reverse LHP.

Also, still looking for a home for SD Alonso and/or PIT Alvarez. Having to carry 3 1B
(Alonso, Alvarez, and Miguel Cabrera) is causing a bit of a roster crunch.

I also have ARI Corbin (made his usage thanks to an injury) and HOU Straily (doing
solid work in CIN, uncarded this year) available in trade as part of any potential deal.
