[IBL] NYK 1-15 Selection

First, a quick thank you for everyone's patience.  There were a lot of different offers, and a lot of different possibilities with these picks, which required some time to sort out.  It took longer than I would have preferred, but in the end a deal got made that I feel gets the franchise in a position to be competitive very soon.

With that in mind, NYK's selection at 1-15 will continue the plan to draft and develop young players with upside, even if those players have some risk:

NYK selects TEX Gallo
