[IBL] NJR Update

NJR plans to move quickly and, barring a trade, will pick by Friday night.

I am 95 percent sure I want to use the pick, but also want to give anyone
who is interested in trading up the opportunity to make an offer. Fair
warning: I'm likely only going to make a trade if someone blows me away
with an offer.
