IBL CHAMPIONSHIP

Congratulations to Sean and his Motor City Marauders for knocking off the
defending champion Casper Ghosts in seven games to win the 2015 IBL Championship!

It is the fifth championship for the Marauders -- their 2015 flag will be flown
alongside their 1994, 2001, 2005, and 2012 championship banners.

DRAFT
-----
The draft has been completed.  Thank you to Greg for acting as Draft
Administrator this year.  He will also be sending out information about the
Stadium Draft soon.


TRANSACTIONS
------------
You may begin sending in your transactions (trades, pickups, and drops)
starting tomorrow, March 1.  The first transaction deadline is next Tuesday
night, March 8, at 11:59:59pm Pacific Time.


REVIEW BOARD
------------
As we do every year around this time, we need to select a new three-member 
Review Board, responsible for reviewing protested trades and Commissioner 
decisions.  If you are interested in serving on the Review Board, please let me know.
