4.3     Free Agent Signings
An owner may sign any player on the free agent list from March 1 until the 
newsletter following week 23.



I like everyone to have at least a full week after the draft before the first 
free agent deadline, so the first free agent deadline will be Tuesday night, March 8.

You can start sending in your trades and claims/drops on March 1.

Trades not til the first. Claims is usually not til 2nd weds of march, but that is up to Rusty.
