[IBL] Stadium Draft

As per usual I will be running the stadium draft on March 8th at 7:30 Eastern time.  

Please email me by Morning time (Eastern) on March 5th, I will then send out a list of teams that are in it.  Remember if you enter the drat doesn't mean you have to move stadiums.

These 4 teams are not eligible: COU, SKY, MNM, CSG

These stadiums are available: BOS, CLE, DET, MIL, TEX, TOR
