[IBL] HAV pitching flier (and PHI Blanco)

HAV has a lot of veteran, playoff caliber pitching talent and not enough
hitting talent.  As a result, we're looking to deal players who are
generally much better than what you can still pick up in this draft.

Obviously we are not dealing all of these guys as we need to cover a few
innings, but can certainly deal a few.

Also have received some inquiries on PHI Blanco's insane 3b/utility card.
Nothing worth taking yet, but I'm floating his name too.

What I want are young bats, other than at shortstop and third base and 2017
draft picks. Go ahead, make some offers before HAV gets a permanent owner
who might decide to go for the 2016 playoffs with this pitching staff.
