[IBL] ratings updates

Hi Sean,

First, as always, thanks for all the work you put in to make our game The Finest Tabletop Sim In the Universe.

Second, is there a panel in Fangraphs that lists the Inside Edge data as a list of players for a given position?  I was able to do this for the BIS stats (Hitters; select Fielding; select Advanced; select position), but couldn't find the Inside Edge stuff except by going to an individual player's page.
