[IBL] draft by list schedule & instructions

Teams that are on the clock may continue to announce their picks until Friday.
If we don't finish the first round we'll roll whatever is left into Round 2 lists.


Draft Schedule

Mon 2/8  - Round 2 (plus remainder of Round 1, if any)
Wed 2/10 - Round 3
Fri 2/12 - Round 4
Mon 2/15 - Round 5
Wed 2/17 - Round 6
Fri 2/19 - Round 7
Mon 2/22 - Round 8
Wed 2/24 - Round 9
Fri 2/26 - remainder of draft

Deadline for submission will be announced later, but it will be no
earlier than 12:00am PST on the morning of the day the draft round
is to be completed.

Final Draft List will be sent out on Friday.


Instructions

email your picks to this address:  
draftlists at ibl.org

you will receive a e-mail auto-reply upon receipt of your list

- Subject should include the team abbreviation and round
e.g. "MCM draft list Round 2"

- list the picks you have in the round at the top of the message
e.g. "MCM has 2 picks: 2-7, 2-16"

- if you have no picks in the current round please send in a note
explaining that you have no picks (unless you're done drafting)

- if you are trading picks be sure to explain whose list should be
used and which picks are affected
e.g. "MCM has traded 2-16 to COU, use COU's draft list for that pick"

- conditions are allowed with draft lists but please keep them simple,
if they are too complicated you risk getting stuck with the wrong guy

- you can submit a list for each pick or one long list, but if you
do not list enough players you will end up passing on your pick so
be sure your list is long enough

- do not submit your list as an attachment, the message could end up
being rejected by the anti-spam filter
