[IBL] Draft Problems?

For the record, I am firmly on the "curmudgeon" bandwagon at this point as well.
However, has anyone heard from HAV ownership? (Billly? Kevin??) I'm wondering if relevant people aren't in contact/aware that people are waiting on them.

Did I miss an email explaining why no draft picks have been made yet? We're 19 days in.

I know I'm an old curmudgeon as far as the league is concerned but we used to
actually get well into the 2nd and sometimes even 3rd round by the draft-by-list
deadline. At this point I expect us to not even get out of Tier 0.
