[IBL] SFP uniform update

Given:

>>  SFP has held the lead in the NC Central the bulk of the season thus far;

>>  Rollbot has decided to play "old-school" baseball this year (pitchers
>> thinking, "the plate is 17 inches wide, and it's all mine, plus whatever else
>> the umps will give me");

>>  Rollbot producing a number of hit batters in SFP games this season;

The Prairie Dog management has decided to modify the team jerseys for the final
quarter of the season. In addition to the standard brown/turquoise/white color
scheme, the numbers on the back will now be imprinted over official archery
target patterns.
