[IBL] Yet another KAT trade flyer

A few new (and old) pieces we're looking to move...

*Wright NYN* - He's an injury risk and is very limited in his value next
season, but he's got a card that could be very helpful (139/231/204 vs. LH,
126/218/177 vs. RH) and only needs 1 PA to get to 75% usage.  He got 100
PAs of usage if you want to use him some the rest of the year or you could
stash him for the playoffs.

*Blanco SF* - Playoff eligible to start in LF or CF with a solid OBP type
bat (129/175/172 vs. LH, 129/182/184 vs. RH).  Over 200 available PAs.  Not
much value next season

*Romine DET* - Playoff eligible to start at 3B & SS.  Decent bat for a
utility guy with solid speed.

*Wood CHN* - Decent back end starter or bullpen arm.  Having a decent year
in MLB, but we already have Montgomery SEA & Logan COL as lefties in the
pen.
