[IBL] Updated GTY playoff push flier

I've acquired the complementary catcher and right handed relief pitcher
that I was looking for, but GTY still has some room to improve.


   - SS that can hit lefties, F or better range preferred
   - Right handed outfielders, multi-position eligibility a bonus
   - Left handed relief pitchers (at least one, prefer to acquire two)
   - Right handed relief pitcher (less important, but will consider)
   - Starting pitcher

Anyone I acquire must be playoff eligible.  I'm fine with
one-year/retiring/no-future guys as long as the price is reasonable.

I have the following players for you to consider:  TB Jennings, SEA
Montero, TB Butler, CHN Szczur, ARI Bradley, MIA Urena, CLE Shaw, LAN
Howell, OAK Abad, DET Krol.  TEX Profar was in my last flier, but I'm most
likely keeping him - but if the deal is good enough, I'll consider moving
him.

I also have draft picks that I could deal:  BAL #1, GTY #1 through 3, ODM
#4, GTY #5, MNM #6, a 7, two 8's, a 9, and a 10 for those going deep in the
draft.

I'm open to a combination of players and picks in return for you player(s).
