[IBL] new associates need assistance

IBL'ers -- we still have at least 3-4 people who are interested in becoming new associate members.  These new people could be helping the teams that are falling behind right now, except for the fact that they aren't ready to play games and report results.  We have an urgent need for several experienced owners to step up and take on the responsibility of training new associates.

We have a week off coming up, so there should be plenty of extra cycles available to get this done.  Let me know if you're willing to chip in.
