[IBL] SDQ's TOR Buehrle reaches milestone! (week 2)

SDQ's "ace" entered the season with 199 wins and stated that this would be
his final season in the IBL.  Buehrle's start to the season gave all the
appearances that retirement might be a lot sooner than expected as after
his first road start and first 2 home starts he was:

0-3, 12.89 ERA, 14.2 IP, 31 H, 21 ER allowed.  Sporting that line he faced
a solid CAN team with CHA Sale on the mound.

Buehrle proceeded to baffle the CAN offense with his 85 mph fastball and
offspeed pitches that did not register on the radar gun to post a Complete
Game victory, allowing 3 hits, 1 run (on a solo HR), 3 BB and 3B for his
200th win!
