[IBL] NYN DenDekker

I have DenDekker surplus to my needs for the rest of the year. 

For this year he offers OK defense in LF and really good OBP numbers. He requires pretty much full time play to make usage (3.6 pa/game going into this week, and he is inactive.)
For next year he has near 100 PAs of 866 OPS for Washington.
Any pick 7th round or earlier gets him.
