REMINDERS

We are now at the point of the schedule where you are playing opponents for the
final time.  As per the Constitution, if you roll a rainout that would result
in a situation where the game cannot be made up by a double-header or playing on
an off-day following the series you should roll precipitation a second time
(if no rainout game played on wet field).

The IBL trade deadline is at the conclusion of week 23.  Furthermore, no
free agent signings are allowed after this deadline, except for emergency
situations caused by injuries where a signing is required for a legal roster.

Playoff rosters are also due at the conclusion of week 23.

All players on the 35 man roster may be activated for week 24, including players
who were deactivated prior to week 23.

Players exceeding 133% usage must remain on your roster until the conclusion of
the season.
