[IBL] congrads to MNM for Clinching NC East

MNM Clinches NC East in Glasgow Kentucky.  They run Volquez in the 2nd inning after scoring 6 runs, then tacked on 2 in the 3 in the 4 off of chen, 1 in the 7th off of Atchison and 2 in the 9th off of rzepczynski.  

At the same time, Teheran throws a gem giving up 1 run in 8 inning and Jepsen come in and finishs SKY bid for the division in the Night.

Congradualations from SKY.

That mean SKY will play CSG in wild card round home field yet to be determined.
