RESULTS
-------
All results are in for week 24 except SEA and WMS, who requested
extensions.  Please get results in as quickly as possible even
when an extension has been granted.  It's important for teams
tracking usage and teams in the playoff race.

USAGE AND LIMITS
----------------
Please make sure to track your players' usage and limits.
There have been several instances of illegal usage in the last
couple of weeks, resulting in forfeits, replays, and headaches.

Check the 133% column and 150% column -- if a player goes over
133% you may not retain them for next season.  If you go over
150% you must forfeit any games the player appears in.

And check your starts/limits page, for example:

If any of your players are getting close to zero at any
position, or close to zero in games played (GP), make sure you
are careful not to use them illegally.  Remove them from your
default lineup in your MIS and/or deactivate them if necessary.

Illegal usage will not count toward a player's 75% usage 
requirement.

Also, forfeit losses count as wins when determining free agent
priority, and when determining draft order.  In the unlikely
case that a team fails to make the playoffs but would have made
it without forfeits, they will be considered a playoff team
when determining draft order.

PLAYOFFS
--------
Congratulations to the Marauders and Phantasm, who have clinched their divisions.
COU holds a large lead in the AC East.  The AC Wild Card race is a toss-up, with 
five teams between 73-71 and 71-73.

In the NC, MNM, CAN, and ODM have decent division leads.  SKY and CSG have the 
currently hold the Wild Card spots, with GTY and SEA a little ways back.  SFP is 
still within striking range of the Central lead.
