[IBL] playoff roster injury replacements

Forgive me if this is a foolish question or I should know the answer, but what happens if a player listed on a playoff roster gets injured during weeks 24-27? Can they be replaced before the playoffs in that scenario? 

As I understand it, players injured during the playoffs can be replaced in the middle of a series (they will miss the next series), or rosters can be changed between series. Correct?
