[IBL] Releases due tonight

Just a reminder, your list of keepers/releases is due midnight tonight.
In your releases list, please include players you are losing due to usage as 
well as those you are choosing to drop.

Also, please indicate players whose team designations and/or name is changing(for example, ATL UptonJ. becomes SD UptonJ.), and indicate players who willbe uncarded in 2016.
