Surprise starter J.A. Happ went 7.2 strong innings, and the Los Angeles Devils of Palo Alto, who could not solve Phil Hughes of the New Jersey Riptide in Game 1, had less problem this time, tagging him with 6 runs (5 earned) in 6 innings, holding on to a 6-3 win.  The big hit was a 3-run HR by Josh Harrison in the first inning.
