2.1.12  Pitcher's Rest Requirements for Doubleheaders

For the second game of a doubleheader, treat innings pitched in the
first game of the doubleheader as a separate day. The first game of a
doubleheader does not count as a rest day.

For days after the doubleheader, add the innings pitched in the
doubleheader and count the total as the day's innings pitched.

Going forward, are we using BF instead of IP for this?
