[IBL] Thoughts about new BF/rest system for Pitchers

Hi all,

I just played my first series under the new BF rules, and overall I like 
them.

However, I think there is one glaring bad spot. #/Long relievers get 
totally hosed under the new system.

As soon as these pitchers face a single batter, they have to rest a day. 
After facing only 7 or 8 batters, most of these pitchers are requiring 2 
days rest when under the old system they'd be able to pitch the next day 
and then have to rest one day.

I understand that the rest chart for these pitchers is designed to 
reflect their rest requirements as a starter, but many of these pitchers 
pitched a good amount of time in relief. Their complete inability to 
pitch back to back games and the rapidity at which they reach multiple 
game rest requirements makes it very hard to use these pitchers as 
relievers.

Perhaps dual rated pitchers need multiple rest lines like they have 
multiple BF lines.
