[IBL] NYK Needs Alternate for Week 1

Hey Everyone,

I'm definitely going to need an alternate to play my Week 1 games, as I'm out of town and then celebrating my Anniversary with my wife.  I'll set up the rotation and get an MIS in, and after that feel free to go nuts.  I'm as unfamiliar with the new pitchers rest rules as most of you, so a few bumps in the road are to be expected.
