The GRS executable that is available via ftp was built by Rusty, I believe it is a 32-bit executable:

sweda at marauders ~ $ file /home/ftp/grs/grs-3.1.0/GRS.EXE
/home/ftp/grs/grs-3.1.0/GRS.EXE: PE32 executable (console) Intel 80386, for MS Windows

(file output from my Mac)
ssweda at doh Downloads $ file GRS.EXE
GRS.EXE: PE32 executable for MS Windows (console) Intel 80386 32-bit

google search says that "PE32" means 32-bit executable ("PE32+" would be 64-bit)
