[IBL] IBL Opening Day - March 25

The cards have been declared final, so it's almost time to play ball!

I'm declaring next Wednesday, March 25, to be IBL Opening Day.  That means
week 1 results will be due Monday, March 30.

Please use this week to get prepared for opening day:

1) Print and organize cards
2) Send your active 25-man rosters and week 1 home rotations to
transactions at ibl.org.
3) Upload an MIS to Dropbox
4) Read up on the new rest/fatigue rules and injury reporting changes
5) Make sure you have GRS version 3.1 (available here:
ftp://ftp.ibl.org/grs/grs-3.1.0)
6) Pay your $5 dues

PLEASE NOTE:  If you use your credit card with PayPal please add additional
money to cover the fees (2.9% + $0.30, for $5 this works out to $0.45).
This is why you'll see some $4.55 credits on the balance sheet.
