1) I have not received any new reports of issues with the cards. The files available now in the Dropbox folder should be considered the final release. Any corrections from this point onward will be made as errata. Go ahead and print/cut your cards.

2) The website is updated for the start of the season. Please note that the timing of off-days, real time off-weeks, and the All Star Break have changed.

3) You should send your 25 player active roster for week 1 to <transactions at ibl.org>. As per the Constitution (section 3.1.2), all players designated as [UC14] must remain on your active roster until week 8. Also remember that in order to have a legal roster you must have at least 4 pitchers on your active roster who can legally start a game.

4) Teams are required to uploaded a MIS to the IBL shared folder on Dropbox prior to the start of week 1 (section 5.2.1). If you do not have a MIS uploaded you will be subject to IP penalties.

5) Remember we are switching to using the BF rest/fatigue rules, update your MIS accordingly. Also, you MUST be using GRS version 3.1, as older versions do not report BF. If you try to submit a GRS created by an older version it will fail. If you report results without a full GRS you are required to report BF for all pitchers.

6) The injury reporting format is changing slightly. Please review the GRS submission instructions on the wiki:
http://wiki.ibl.org/dokuwiki/doku.php/ibl:grs_instructions
http://wiki.ibl.org/dokuwiki/doku.php/dtd-instructions

The most significant change is the requirement to use specific injury codes (e.g. "inj", "out"). The addition of these codes will allow me to automate injury reporting. I hope to have this working by the start of the season. I've made changes to the statchecker that will now allow you to report injuries with results that do not include a full GRS. Also, you can now REDO scores and injuries separate from the entire GRS.

7) As per the Constitution, IBL dues are $5 per year. Dues help cover the cost of a static IP for www.ibl.org, DNS name registration, and any capital expenditures needed for the server. We were still over $250 in the hole at the end of last season.

PLEASE NOTE: If you use your credit card with PayPal please add additional money to cover the fees (2.9% + $0.30, for $5 this works out to $0.45). This is why you'll see some $4.55 credits on the balance sheet.
