[IBL] Stadium draft

It is that time of year again.

I will hold the draft on the 17th or 18th (depending on when I have a  
playoff game to coach, I don't know the date yet).

If you want to enter please inform me by the deadline of Friday 13th  
at midnight pacific. After that I will announce who is in the draft  
and what additional stadiums might be in the draft.

The stadiums as of now are BOS, CLE, MIL, NYA, TEX, TOR
