We appear to have a large backlog of games from week 11 which are making it extremely difficult to keep week 12 on schedule.  Rather than continue to fall behind, this week will now be considered an IBL off-week and all deadlines will be pushed back accordingly.

Here are your new deadlines (11:59pm PDT of the listed date):
** Monday, June 29 ** all week 11 results and stats due.
** Monday, July 6  ** all week 12 results due.
** Tuesday, July 7 ** Transaction deadline for week 13.

The following teams are facing IP penalties on Monday:
CSG, HAV, ODM, SEA, WMS (missing week 11 results)
CSG, EDG, HAV, ODM, SEA, WMS (missing week 11 stats)

We had a glitch with the transactions system that prevented the Registrar from being able to list them out for inclusion in the Newsletter.  I've tried to manually reproduce the list of trades, signings, and releases.  The Registrar may be able to send out the full list (including activation/de-activations) later.

All transactions were processed, so rosters on the website should be correct.  Please double-check your roster for accuracy.
