[IBL] new process for downloading cards

I've removed the cards from Dropbox.  If for some reason you need copies of the PDFs you will have to download them from the website:

http://www.ibl.org/~sweda/iblgame/download/

In order to gain access you'll have to register via a social media account (Facebook, Google+, Twitter) and be logged in to the site.  After you've created your account let me know and I'll grant you access.

Please do not give anyone copies of anything you've already downloaded.  It is important that everyone acquire the cards via the website from here on out.  If you want to know why this is necessary you can read this blog post:
