[IBL] Transaction Schedule

Since I am sure a bunch of you can't remember how we do this, I am  
posting the dates for when certain transactions will be processed.


Trades:

March 1 - Is the date you can start sending in trades, I will process  
them when I get them or during my free time and the deadline for them  
to be posted is when the clock strikes midnight on the Pacific coast  
Tue. night/Weds morning March 4th.  They will be included in the March  
4th newsletter.

Free Agents:

March 4 - Please wait and start sending them in starting the 4th  
because there are no signings until 1 week after draft is done, so  
they will be processed for the March 11th newsletter (Tues/weds  
midnight pacific deadline).

The Free Agent order (from constitution):

For players signed before the beginning of week 4, winning percentages
will be determined by the previous year's standings. In all other weeks
the winning percentages will be determined by the standings from the
previous week.
