PAD now has three first basemen - in addition to the newly acquired Martinez, we also have LaRoche and Napoli.  Neither is going to embarrass you offensively or defensively and should be a welcome addition to any lineup.

I *believe* we are likely to deal Napoli sometime tonight on a pre-discussed deal that hadn’t been finalized but had been discussed extensively.  (That was one of the reasons why I made the deal with NYK.)  However, if it doesn’t work out (the party that I have the deal with may be asleep, or may conclude that my price is just a tad high), feel free to make an offer.  We have a little less than three hours before the trade deadline, but an agreement after roster freeze is also possible.
