[IBL] Roster and trade update

I have done about half the roster cuts.  I will finish them tonight.   
You can start sending in trades at noon (Pacific) tomorrow.

Also I have not changed team designations as Sean says he has  
something that will do that when the retrosheet stuff released.  Also  
the FA's are not going to be right at the moment.  I will start adding  
drafted guys on the teams starting tomorrow also.
