[IBL] SDQ trade flier ... they're all available!

The SDQ start says it all (9-21 record), epitomised by a 15 inning game vs
HAV in which SDQ gets a leadoff triple in bottom 14, and can't cash it in
... only to be followed by HAV putting up 4 runs in top 15 thanks to the
usual mix of range hits, park hits and errors.

Everyone is available, if they are good, they are expensive.  Don't like
mid-round draft picks and no need to dump older players on the decline
(I've got enough of them already).

I like good defence and speed, power is nice as well.

Think of an offer and make it!
