[IBL] NJR looking for SS who can field

NJR lost COL Tulowitzki for the next 71 days and after two innings of Derek
Jeter in the field, we've already had enough.

We're looking for a utility-type infielder who can field reasonably well at
SS and has enough starts to cover Tulowitzki's injury. Offense is secondary
in this case.

Willing to deal a middle reliever or low draft pick. Would like to make a
deal before the end of tomorrow.
