[IBL] SFP emergency need

My backup catcher suffered an injury and will be out the rest of the 
year, So, I need another body to backup Perez for the last 4 weeks.

I'm offering:*
Rusin CHN LHSP*
86/121/122 vs L, 118/165/196 vs R
2 pickoff, rare WP and balk
8 IP to reach 75%, 40+ IP for 133%
PLAYOFF ELIGIBLE
probably uncarded for 2015 (but youngish at 28 if you want to risk 
future performance.)
I prefer some future value as a decent backup catcher, with less than 20 
PA needed to reach 75%.

Otherwise, I have:
*Parker CHN RHRP*
63/118/91 vs L, 82/110/133 vs R
Vg/+1 hold, rare wp/balk
needs roughly 15 IP for 75%
PLAYOFF ELIGIBLE (inning 6+)
likely carded for 2015, 10+ K/9, under 2 BB/9 in MLB 2014.
Future value helpful, but not mandatory.

Need answer by 9PM Mountain time Tuesday. First come, first served.
