In case you didn't receive my previous message, I no longer have access 
to the bear... at hotmail address. Please remove that from your address 
books/lists, and either use the address this message was sent from, or 
use the sfp at ibl.org alias. It also means that some of the messages I 
saved there may be gone for good, so I may have to ask you to repeat 
some information in the future.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but Microsoft/Outlook/Hotmail is 
being a pain in the you-know-what, and I'm getting fed up with them.
