[IBL] SFP offices re-opened

It looks like the OS upgrade went through OK. Also happened to be a good 
time to upgrade the cable equipment, leaving me offline for the past day 
or two. Still have a glitch from time to time, so there may be moments 
of communication difficulty. In general, though, we should be up and 
running now. Next phase of the computer work is finding which Windows 
programs work with the "compatibility layer" and which ones don't. 
Eventually, I hope to tell the monolith in Washington state that it can 
kiss my ... well, you get the picture.

Now that the season is over, it's time to go through the roster to see 
who sticks around, who's free to a good home, and who's trade bait (hint 
- FELIX STAYS A DOG).
