There are a bunch of late results this week.  Please get the games
played and results sent in ASAP.  It's important for the playoff
races and usage tracking!

OWNERSHIP
---------
I received notice that due to work and family health reasons,
Jocelyn will be unable to continue as owner of MOR.

"My apologies to all league members, I have appreciated everyone
over the past 10 plus years and have always been very impressed
with the extent of the commitment that people have to make this
league work. It has been a blast. Thank you to everyone."

MOR is slightly behind, so I am planning to play their week 25
series.  If anyone would like to volunteer to play MOR's week 26
series (GTY at MOR) and/or week 27 (ODM at MOR), it would be appreciated.
Please let me know.


PLAYOFF RACES
-------------
Five divisions have now been clinched.  Chicago, Philadelphia,
Portland, Casper, and Gettysburg are division champions.  Only the
NC Central, where New York leads Havana by 4.5 games, is undecided.

Oaksterdam and Seattle have clinched the two NC Wild Card spots.

The AC Wild Card spots are still up for grabs.  Williamstown,
Motor City, Bowling Green, and Monrovia are vying for the two spots.

I've created a wiki page with this year's playoff schedule and will
fill it in once the playoff seedings and Wild Cards are decided.
The NC has home field advantage for the IBL Championship Series this
year, as it is an even numbered year.

NO-HITTER
---------
James Paxton made some IBL history this week, throwing a no-hitter
for New Jersey against Tri-State in only his third career IBL start.

INJURY REMINDER
---------------
When an injury occurs that extends beyond the end of the season,
only report the number of days until the end of the regular season.
This way the player will receive the correct amount of injury
credit.  For example, in week 25 CHN Bogusevic was injured for 36
days.  Since PHI only had 15 days remaining on the schedule, it
should be reported as a 15 day injury.  You should note the total
injury time as well so the registrar can note it for the playoffs:

TRANSACTIONS
------------
You are allowed any activations and deactivations that you sent
in on time.  If you made any emergency signings, the Registrar
will let you know who you acquired.
