[IBL] PHI Trade Flier

I have too many pitchers and would like to clear one or two more roster
spots, so I'm putting these guys on the block.  Not looking for a lot in
return...I could use a decent card in RF or 2B, or a middling pick.

CIN Hoover  - great K rate, but had homer trouble.  only 28
SEA Perez - solid year, great K rate
CHA Floyd - had 9 good starts for ATL (2.65 ERA) before breaking a bone
CHA Johnson - prospect, still 24.  sucked in 2014...only 23 innings though,
easy usage
TEX Frasor - 47 good innings for TEX and KC

I also have too many bodies in CF, so I could move one of these guys:
BOS Bradley
TEX Martin

Looking for more in return though, especially for Martin.  Would want a
full time RF or 2B or something else good.
